Paul Tsang
Chairman and Founder
Highly experienced real estate developer and strategic investor with three decades of experience leading and advising on 20+ successful projects across Western Canada and internationally. His extensive portfolio includes commercial malls, office buildings, industrial parks, hotels and large-scale master-planned communities - notably the award-winning New Monaco community where he led the rezoning and development. Tsang's career, which began with revitalizing a commercial retail mall in the late 1980s, is marked by a pragmatic, results-oriented approach, strong partnerships, and a commitment to thoughtful planning, earning him recognition for contributions to the hospitality sector and diplomatic efforts.

Chief Development and Investment Officer
David is an accomplished development executive specializing in large-scale, multi-phase community developments. He combines deep technical expertise in civil infrastructure and vertical construction with strong analytical skills in financial modeling and market segmentation to create value-maximizing strategies. David excels at structuring diversified real estate portfolios for institutional-grade REIT exits, leading integrated delivery teams across various asset classes including resort communities, urban mixed-use, and multi-family residential projects to ensure long-term value and performance.

Steve Hollett
Chief Advisor and Procurement Officer
Steve is an executive leader with decades of experience in public and private sectors, specializing in large-scale infrastructure, healthcare and environmental projects. His background includes high-level government policy making, capital planning and procurement strategy - with a focus on executing complex public-private partnerships. Holding previous executive roles such as CEO of BCYC Development Corporation for the Legion Veterans Village Project and Assistant Deputy Minister for the B.C. Ministry of Finance/Treasury Board. His portfolio of high-profile projects includes the Interior Heart and Surgical Centre, the William R. Bennett Bridge, and the Kicking Horse Pass Park Bridge Project.

Sandeep Gupta BASc
VP Finance and Sustainability Tech
Sandeep Gupta is a technology entrepreneur and private equity executive with over 25 years of experience in building and exiting companies in the semiconductor, software, and systems-based industries. He possesses a strong background in clean energy, infrastructure, and sustainable investment, currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Pyfera Capital, a sustainable private equity investment firm. Sandeep is also the Founder & Director of MAKS Global Repairs, an advisory firm for sustainable business scale-ups and finance, and acts as an advisor and board member to over thirty cleantech firms across various sectors. His proven track record includes building ventures with multiple $100 million dollar exits.

Kevin Juby
VP Construction and Site Operations
Kevin is a seasoned construction and development professional with 35+ years of experience in delivering major residential, commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects across Canada. His expertise spans project execution, including modular construction methodologies and master planning for large-scale developments. Having held key roles at Sorbara Group of Companies and as a Managing Partner at Manshield Construction (now M Builds), Kevin has been instrumental in the growth of top construction firms and has managed notable projects like the Redstone Supportive Living Facility and the Vineyards Lodge. At New Monaco, Kevin focuses on cost-efficient delivery and strategic phasing, driven by his commitment to precision, modular efficiency, and accountability.

Chris Curtola
Director Corporate Operations and Logistics
Chris has a diverse background spanning the business and technology sector, where he helped launch Canada's first coast-to-coast fiber optic network with Group Telecom. He has extensive experience in Real Estate, Property Management, Management Consulting, Hospitality and the Non-Profit Sector. He is past President of the Junior Chamber Edmonton and World Vice President of Junior Chamber International. He was recognized by Edmontonian’s Magazine as one of Edmonton's Sizzling 20 under 30 for his entrepreneurial achievements and community work with the Holiday Hamper Foundation and the Pandemic Planting Project.

Leesa Beeson
VP Marketing and Public Relations
Leesa is seasoned marketing professional with 25 years of experience in brand development, large-scale campaign execution and building cohesive marketing systems. Her diverse background includes leadership roles in tourism, real estate, and retail - notably directing the marketing for a 200+ retail center in Edmonton and a major commercial and residential real estate development in the Cayman Islands. She has worked in the Okanagan real estate industry for 18 years with a top performing real estate team and is winner of four business awards since 2020, including the Chamber of Commerce New Business Award. Known for translating complex ideas into clear brand identities, building robust and efficient marketing systems and leading vision-driven marketing strategies.

Mina supports executive operations and project delivery at Optimum Project Management, combining a background in civil construction and critical care nursing to bring calm, structure, and precision to fast-moving development environments. Known for her critical thinking and coordination skills, she plays a key role in aligning teams, managing complex workflows, and keeping projects on track.
