Rowena is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 30 years of executive experience across complex health and business environments. She holds two Master’s degrees in Management and Business Administration, an undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Biochemistry from UBC, and clinical training as both a nurse and paramedic. Rowena has served as VP of Operations for BC’s largest private seniors’ care operator and COO of Northern Health Authority. She earned recognition for leading Fraser Health’s programs including Surrey Memorial Hospital’s $500M critical care tower. Founder of Innovation Boulevard and its award-winning Healthy Aging Centre, she now serves as Strategic Advisor for two private companies, while mentoring the Institute for Healthcare Innovations.

Jeff has extensive experience providing tax, accounting, and business advisory services to privately owned companies and their shareholders. As leader of the PAND’s tax advisory practice, he specializes in estate planning, purchase and sale transactions, and corporate reorganizations, and has served as an expert witness in matrimonial disputes. Before joining PAND in 2009, Jeff spent 21 years with Deloitte & Touche, including seven years as a Tax Partner in the private client advisory practice.  Deeply committed to his community, Jeff has served four years as a governor on the Caratis Hospitals Foundation Board of Directors and three years as a campaign chair for the United Way. His professional expertise and community leadership reflect his dedication to both clients and the broader Edmonton community. 

Mike is a real estate lawyer with extensive experience in land use, development, and property management, bringing a broad perspective shaped by work both inside and outside the legal profession. He helps clients design and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges, with a focus on balancing business, regulatory, and community interests. Mike is particularly skilled at navigating the intersections where private sector, public sector, not-for-profit, and First Nations priorities meet in today’s economy. A trusted advisor and strategic thinker, he has guided clients through projects that require creativity, collaboration, and practical execution. Mike is the former Managing Partner of the Vancouver office of Miller Thompson, and has also served on the firm’s Executive Committee and as Chair of the National Real Estate Practice.
