Jeff has extensive experience in providing tax, accounting and business advisory services. Prior to joining PAND in 2009, Jeff spent 21 years with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, including seven years as a Tax partner in the private client advisory practice.

Jeff served for four years as a governor on the Caratis Hospitals Foundation Board of Directors. He also served for three years as a campaign chair for the United Way.
